Responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of student internships, career exploration opportunities, and industry partnerships. The Career Experience Specialist serves as a key liaison between students, school staff, and business/community partners to expand access to work-based learning experiences. Responsibilities include managing partnership pipelines, coordinating student placements, supporting student readiness, and maintaining systems that track participation and outcomes.
