Overview We are seeking a passionate Talent Development Specialist to support job seekers on their path back to work. In this role, you'll act as a career coach—guiding individuals through the job search process, removing barriers to employment, and connecting them to meaningful opportunities. This is a rewarding position for someone who is interested in social services or nonprofit work and is driven to make a real impact in people's lives. You'll join a collaborative and supportive team of 80+ staff in a positive, mission-driven environment.
