What we are looking for Experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a job training program or instructional setting 4 hour shift (Morning) Monday -Friday Strong group facilitation and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with person-centered planning High school diploma or GED Experience working with people with disabilities (personal or professional) Must possess and maintain a valid CA driver's license and at least state-minimum car insurance Must be at least 25 years of age (for insurance purposes) Must possess and maintain a clean driving record (no moving violations, at-fault accidents, etc.) Must have moderate smart cell phone and computer skills. Possess a valid certificate of completion of first aid and CPR training or the ability to obtain one upon hire Maintain current and valid licenses, certificates, or registrations that may be legally required to provide the service.
