Job Coach- Bi Lingual

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Job Coach to support adults with disabilities in developing vocational, social skills within community and employment settings. The Job Coach will provide hands-on training, encouragement, and advocacy to help individuals achieve meaningful employment and greater independence. This role requires patience, professionalism, strong communication skills, and a commitment to person-centered support. Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group job coaching for adults with intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities.
• Assist individuals in learning job tasks, workplace expectations, and appropriate professional behaviors.
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor client progress and document performance, goals, and outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with employers, families, case managers, and program staff.
• Accompany clients to job sites as needed.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.
• Encourage independence while providing appropriate levels of support.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with agency policies and state regulations. Qualifications Required
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background screening and drug test.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Preferred
• Experience working with adults with disabilities a plus
• Experience in vocational training, education, social services, or direct support.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Bilingual skills are a plus. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist clients throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds if needed.
• Ability to travel to community job sites and program locations. Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time
• Monday-Friday schedule 6:00am-2:00pm. (may Vary)
• $18.00/hr
