Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities
  • Support independent living skills and community integration
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
  • Complete documentation, daily logs, and reports accurately
  • Follow safety, crisis-prevention, and mandatory reporting protocols
  • Communicate regularly with supervisors and IHNFS leadership
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
This offer is contingent upon:
  • DOJ/FBI background clearance (Live Scan)
  • Negative TB test or valid TB clearance
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Completion of the IHNFS new-hire packet
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Participation in required training and orientation
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
All new employees are subject to a 90-day probationary period. Performance, attendance, and overall fit will be evaluated.
AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT
