Community Solutions seeks a Behavioral Health professional for direct support to adult clients throughout Santa Clara County. This role is valued and essential to our commitment to high quality community-based client care. As a Rehabilitation Counselor, inspire, support, and provide valuable services to adult clients and their families.

You are passionate about behavioral health equity and helping adults to live thriving lives. You will support developmental growth and rehabilitation for Medi-Cal recipients. You will create client support systems through community relationships and collaboration with providers. Medi-Cal documentation is required, and we will teach you everything you need to know.

WHAT COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR

Relevant direct service work experience working with people with mental disorders or other experience in a related field. Someone who is empathetic while working with clients to help identify goals. Important qualities of communication, compassion, and listening. Require successful clearance of criminal records as mandated by programs, licensing regulations, and Community Solutions practices.

License:

Have a valid California driver's license, current car insurance, and a clean DMV record in line with the Agency's insurance requirements. Reliable automobile to perform essential tasks.

The hourly rate for this position is starting at $30.84. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, licensure, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data.
