Through leadership, advocacy, and collaboration, the counselor facilitates career workshops, develops strategic industry partnerships, supports academic and transition planning, monitors student progress by grade level, provides individualized student coaching, tracks program data and compliance requirements, and manages district Career Technical Education (CTE) enrollment processes. Bilingual/bicultural (Spanish) preferred.
