What You Need to

Succeed:

Must be 18 or older Authorized to work in the United States A passion to support others A love of collaboration and improvement Strong communication skills Applicable Experience to help our clients achieve their goals. • Empower clients in a small group setting to develop essential life skills for greater independence. (https://ican.org/pwp-coach/) Partial Work Program (PWP)
• Teach vocational, social, and life skills through a small group setting to promote independent living. (https://ican.org/tds-coach/) Tailored Day Services (TDS)
• Support clients one-on-one in reaching their employment, education, and community integration goals. (https://ican.org/job-coach/) Supported Employment (SEP)
• Provide one-on-one support to clients at the workplace, helping them gain independence in the workforce.
