BTTR Living is hiring motivated college students to work one on one with high functioning adults with autism, ADHD, cerebral palsy, and other developmental disabilities who want to build greater independence and confidence.
What You'll Do:
Help adults develop independent living skills Support social and communication growth Practice budgeting, shopping, and money management Assist with scheduling, organization, and time management Support job readiness and career goals Encourage community involvement and healthy relationships Coach participants through real life situations and challenges
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in college or recent graduate preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Strong communication and problem solving skills Comfortable working independently in the community Must pass background check
