  • $26 per hour The Employment Readiness Facilitator is essential in delivering workforce development programming.
This role is responsible for preparing participants for career exploration, readiness, and transition into employment by executing structured training. You will facilitate immersive workforce development curriculum, coach participants, and ensure seamless navigation across internal and external services Essential Functions
Career Navigation & Coaching:
Facilitate interactive learning experiences to drive participant skill acquisition and employment outcomes. Conduct intake, assessments, and goal-setting to develop individualized career and readiness plans. Provide ongoing coaching and guidance to support participant progress and help them overcome barriers to employment.
Program Coordination:
Coordinate with Employment Specialists for job placement and employer engagement. Connect participants to external training, credentialing opportunities, and post-secondary pathways. Maintain responsibility for participant continuity until successful transition is confirmed.
Data & Improvement:
Maintain accurate documentation of participant engagement, progress, and outcomes. Utilize data to inform coaching strategies, support program outcomes, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
Collaboration:
Work with internal teams to ensure aligned service delivery and support participants in identifying and addressing personal, social, and systemic barriers. Contribute to curriculum refinement and program development efforts. Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating adult learning, workforce training, or group-based instruction (required). Experience supporting or case managing individuals with barriers to employment and working with diverse or economically disadvantaged populations.
Core Competencies:
Strong facilitation and classroom management skills. Demonstrated trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice. Excellent coaching, relationship-building, organizational, and data-informed decision-making skills.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, relevant experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
