Job Description:
Are you passionate about international education and helping students turn big dreams into real‑world experiences abroad? As a Enrollment & Outreach Advisor, you'll play a key role in guiding students from initial interest to application submission—serving as their trusted partner as they explore life‑changing study abroad opportunities with ISA & TEAN.
In this relationship‑driven role, you'll connect with students who are curious about studying abroad and help them identify the program that best aligns with their academic goals, financial considerations, and personal interests. Using both internal tools and external resources, you'll provide thoughtful, informed guidance while ensuring alignment with university partners and best practices in education abroad.
What You'll Do
Engage with prospective students through phone, email, live chat, inquiry forms, and iplete applications
Follow up on provided leads with proactive outreach to answer questions and rmend programs that fit each student's needs
Ask the right questions, address concerns, and confidently guide students through decision‑making—leading them toward an ISA & TEAN
application
Partner closely with Program Managers and Regional Directors to support students with unique needs orplex situations
Collaborate on large‑scale phone and email campaigns during peak seasons
Contribute to special projects, initiatives, and occasional data support as needed
What We're Looking For
A passion for student success and global learning
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Background in sales or advising (preferred, but not required)
Study abroad, international research, teaching, or service‑learning experience
Strong written and verbalmunication skills
Customer service or student‑facing experience
Solid kledge of international education and study abroad programs
Experience working on a U.S. college or university campus (a plus, but not required)
