Job Description

The Director of Career Services is responsible and accountable for the overall success of the employment of graduates through the execution of career services standards of operation, achievement of unit goals, and, when applicable, management of department personnel to achieve individual goals.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree required or; Associate's Degree with minimum 3 years direct experience Leadership of a career services department within proprietary education or other industry preferred. Career Services within proprietary education or staffing/recruiting experience is desirable. MS Word, Excel required; Sharepoint, Database management, CampusVue desired Knowledge of career services placement principles, procedures, and resources inclusive of resume writing, interview coaching, job search techniques Recruiting/staffing skills, knowledge and techniques Strong leadership skills Ability to set and achieve outcomes based performance goals Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills. Excellent customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects; strong planning and organizational skills. Strong analytical skills Ability to maintain confidentiality of records and information. Ability to supervise, train employees Business development skills
