  • Part-time Bert's Barracuda Harley-Davidson, is looking for a PT Riding Academy Coach to join our team!
This is for the

Valid Driver's License with satisfactory driving record (required) MSF Certification for the State of Florida (required) Harley-Davidson Rider Coach Certification (required) 3 or more years of MSF Rider Coach experience (preferred) Pre-employment drug screen and background check (required) Pay & Hours Part-Time
  • Pay is per class Evenings and weekends required Responsibilities and Duties Plan, prepare and deliver instruction to new motorcycle riders utilizing the Harley-Davidson Riding Academy Content and Motorcycle Safety Foundation curriculum Develop and maintain good customer relations, providing exceptional customer experience to all customers and students Classroom management
  • ensure student participation while keeping subject matter relevant and on task Maintain a fun, safe and informative instructional environment Prepare range and Riding Academy motorcycles for class (fuel, safety check, storage) Provide Riding Academy Manager with all necessary paperwork and documentation: student scores, incident reports, etc.
Physical Demands and Working Conditions Exposure to sun, rain, heat and cold while on Riding Academy Range Requires the use of both hands and legs, good sight and hearing Must be able to ride a motorcycle and stand for long periods Frequently required to stand, bend, stoop, crouch and reach Potential exposure to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials or other toxic materials commonly found around motorcycles Please apply with resume and include why you are looking to join our team along with your date of availability.
