This is a highly interactive role where you'll work with prospective students on the phone and in person , guiding them through enrollment and helping them feel confident in their next steps.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students (phone & in person) Explain programs and support enrollment for upcoming classes Work alongside financial aid and business offices to register students into classes Maintain accurate records, paperwork, and documentation for compliance Build rapport and support current and prospective students throughout the process

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume phone and in-person interaction Customer service mindset and ability to build rapport quickly Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks Experience with student information systems (Focus or similar) preferred If you have additional questions about the position, please reach out to the hiring manager at the school/department to which you are applying, as noted below in this job posting.
