BENEFITS
Description The Student Success Coach assists with recruitment and retention of students for the Nextgen Opportunity Workforce (NOW) Scholarship. Examples of Duties Recruit students from the appropriate high school to apply for the NOW scholarship annually.
Assist prospective students and NOW scholarship applicants to complete college and scholarship applications.
Coordinate with Financial Aid to assist assigned students complete a FAFSA, as appropriate.
Assess assigned scholarship recipients' academic performance at least two times per semester and at the end of each semester.
Coordinates with CFK tutors, as necessary to support the assigned scholarship recipients.
Ensures that assigned scholarship recipients have appointments with academic advisors and are registered for each semester.
Assists with coordinating recruitment and retention events including campus tours, application workshops, and other events as determined by the College.
Serves as a primary point of contact for assigned scholarship recipients and CFK staff.

Qualifications Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Highly proficient with computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite. Comfortable with learning innovative technology and systems. High-level of discretion required when dealing with confidential matters. Ability to effectively work with College employees, donors, students, and the community. Possess outstanding customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Understanding of, and commitment to Equal Access/EqualOpportunity. Knowledge of College mission, policies, procedures, and services.Education and Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited two-year college or university with an Associate's Degree in a related field is required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum one (1) year related experience isrequired.
