The TGC ensures successful integration, role clarity, and consistent execution of the Team Growth Program (TGP) curriculum. The TGC operates at the intersection of advisor accountability, team adoption, and program execution—ensuring the Team Growth Advisor is utilized as intended, the advisory team fulfills its commitments to support the role, and the TGP curriculum is executed consistently and effectively. This role works in close partnership with the Advisor Development Coach (ADC), who is responsible for coaching and development of the TGP participant. The TGC serves as a strategic accountability partner and implementation leader, driving alignment between the advisor, the TGP role, and program expectations. This role ensures that Team Growth Advisors are developed beyond initial role execution into revenue-contributing business growth drivers who support the advisory team's long-term growth goals, scalability, and succession strategy. .
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Hold financial advisors accountable for adopting the Team Growth model meeting program requirements and fulfilling their commitments to the success of the Team Growth Advisor (TGP participant) Drive behavior changes by ensuring advisors focus on team-based growth and delegation models Identify and address advisor behaviors that limit the TGP Advisor's ability to gain experience, build relationships, and contribute to growth Facilitate direct, solution-oriented conversations to resolve misalignment between advisor intent and actual team behaviors Ensure advisors create meaningful opportunities for the TGP Advisor to develop necessary advisor skills and participate in client engagement and business development Ensure successful onboarding and role clarity for the Team Growth Advisor, including defined expectations, responsibilities, and success metrics Drive progression of the TGP Advisor from initial integration to active participation in client relationships and business development activities Monitor developmental progress in alignment with the TGP curriculum and identify gaps between training and real-world application Intervene when barriers to success arise, including lack of access, unclear expectations, or inconsistent team support Reinforce clear standards for what it means to be a productive, growth-oriented team member Ensure consistent execution of the Team Growth Program (TGP) curriculum within the advisory team environment Translate curriculum requirements into observable behaviors, activities, and measurable outcomes Monitor adherence to program milestones, activity expectations, and development benchmarks Identify breakdowns between curriculum intent and actual execution, and drive corrective action in partnership with the advisor and ADC Reinforce application of learned skills in live client, prospecting, and team scenarios Partner closely with the ADC to deliver a cohesive and aligned development experience for the TGP participant Maintain clear role distinction between theADC:

advisor accountability, team environment, and real-world execution Share insights on TGP Advisor readiness, team dynamics, and barriers to progress Align on intervention strategies when performance, engagement, or execution gaps emerge Participate in key checkpoints and progress reviews to ensure coordinated support and consistent messaging Work with advisory teams to define and reinforce roles, responsibilities, and workflows that incorporate the TGP Advisor Ensure team structure and operating model support scalability, capacity creation, and growth Facilitate alignment on client segmentation, coverage models, and delegation strategies Identify and address inefficiencies or structural barriers that prevent effective team-based execution Promote team behaviors that enable the TGP Advisor to contribute meaningfully and build long-term value Establish and track key indicators of success, including: TGP Advisor progression to client-facing and business development activity, advisor adoption of delegation and team-based growth behaviors, and execution of TGP milestones and curriculum requirements Evaluate outcomes against defined goals and intervene when progress is off track Provide structured feedback to advisors, ADCs, complex and divisional leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities Document trends, challenges, and best practices to inform continuous improvement of the programKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of: Financial Markets and Products Concepts, principles and practices of the financial services industry. Performance or actions necessary for advisors to integrate a new team member. Working structure, policies, mission and strategies of the organization. Operational processes and procedures of assigned functional areas for TGP participant. Team-based advisory business models and scaling strategies Advisor behavior change and adoption challenges Coaching methodologies and adult learning principles Practice management concepts (applied specifically to team growth, not broad consulting) Advanced skill in: Utilizing training materials and learner information. Responding to learner needs for clarification or feedback. Delivering personalized coaching that supports achievement of desired outcomes. Providing positive reinforcement and motivational incentives. Evaluating learner performance and reporting evaluation information. Use of various media and sophisticated classroom AV equipment. Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications. Strong accountability coaching (comfortable challenging senior advisors) Facilitation of difficult conversations and behavior change Systems thinking (connecting role, team, and program) Collaboration across multiple stakeholders (advisor, ADC coach, leadership) Observation and diagnosis of team dynamics and execution gaps Ability to: Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Work collaboratively within a team environment. Maintain currency in sales and industry issues, procedures, training techniques and methodologies. Establish and maintain effective working relationships. Incorporate needs, wants, and goals from different business unit perspectives in training programs. Attend to detail while maintaining a big picture orientation. Read, interpret, analyze, and apply information from evaluations of training programs. Interpret and apply policies and identify and recommend changes as appropriate. Work under pressure on multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions and changing priorities. Handle stressful situations and provide a high level of customer service in a calm and professional manner. Influence without direct authority Balance support and accountability effectively Translate program design into real-world execution Identify and address root causes—not just symptoms Operate with urgency when risk to TGP success is identifiedEducational/Previous Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in a related discipline and a minimum of five (5) years of successful experience related in coaching, consulting and training experience in a financial services environment. ~or~ An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.Licenses/Certifications:
Ability to obtain Certified Corporate Coach (CCC) or applicable coaching designation within 1 year. Ability to obtain FINRA Series 7 License within six (6) months. We highly prefer candidates that have already obtained the Series 7.Education Bachelor's:
