Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Vocational Evaluator We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Vocational Evaluator to support vocational assessment services for individuals with disabilities.
Position Overview:
This role involves assisting with the coordination and delivery of vocational evaluations, including both administrative and client-facing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule vocational evaluations and coordinate appointments Meet with clients virtually or in-person at local libraries (in Hillsborough and Pasco counties) Conduct structured interviews regarding disability, work history, and functional limitations Administer vocational testing and assist with evaluation procedures Perform accurate data entry and assist in preparing evaluation reports Analyze functional limitations, disabilities, and restrictions to support individualized vocational goals and return-to-work planning Provide input on job accommodations based on mental and physical impairments Interpret psychological and medical records to assist with vocational guidance and employment planning Assist in preparing comprehensive evaluation reports, including transferable skills analysis, labor market research, and employment prognosis Conduct on-site worksite evaluations to assess work readiness
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with individuals with disabilities and diverse backgrounds Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry Ability to travel locally for in-person sessions when needed Additional information:
  • Experience in rehabilitation counseling field required. Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or related field.
  • Current CRC and CVE credentials required
  • Paid training is provided.
