Supported Employment Specialist

Pineland BHDD is seeking a passionate Supportive Employment Specialist to help individuals achieve meaningful, competitive employment in the community. In this role, you'll collaborate with individuals, families, treatment teams, and community partners to support personal growth, independence, and long-term success.

What You'll Do:

As part of our Supported Employment team, you'll: Assess individuals receiving services and develop employment-focused plans Coordinate with treatment teams to identify strengths, goals, and support strategies Assist individuals with resume building, interview skills, skill building, and career coaching Monitor progress toward employment and treatment goals through face-to-face interaction Build and maintain strong community and employer partnerships Serve as a liaison between consumers, families, providers, and employers What We're Looking For Minimum Qualifications (one of the following): Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education, or related field, OR 3 years of experience in social services delivery (e.g., case management, outreach, education), OR 1 year of experience as a Social Services Technician or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with job coaching Experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities Experience managing or coordinating social services programs Strong case management and community-based service experience Why Join Pineland? NOTE:

A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background investigation will be done upon acceptance of job offer. Tuberculin skin testing (PPD) and 7 year Motor Vehicle Report will be required of selected applicant.
