We are currently hiring for our Associate Coordinator (AC) role. As an AC, you are the lead staff for one of our Home and Community Based services (HCBS) homes in Linn County. AC's devote 75% of their week to direct care services for individuals with disabilities, the remaining 25% to administrative duties, quality assurance (e.g., checking notes), and taking individuals to medical appointments.

Qualifications Include:
High school diploma or GED, with post-secondary education preferred. 18 years of age, and possession of a valid driver's license. Pre-employment background and drug screening prior to hire. Experience working with adults with disabilities is strongly preferred and a willingness to make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities is a must!
Successful Candidates Must:
Have the availability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, a desire to work in a team atmosphere, an ability to lead and train new employees, and possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and follow through.
