Full Job Description Description:
The Parent Partner Specialist position is designed for individuals with prior success as a mentor within the Parent Partner program.
This role involves dual responsibilities:
offering support to parents during Child Safety Conferences and providing guidance to new Parent Partners on topics such as strategic sharing and the Building a Better Future training model. Become master trainers of the Building Better Future training model. Attend ongoing Service Area Steering Committee meetings, State Advisory and contract related meetings. Work with the Parent Partner program management team on assignments. Be a part of something extraordinary! Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of two years of experience as a fully trained Parent Partner Valid driver's license required Clean driving record Reliable transportation
