We currently have hours available in the Johnson county areas .

What You'll Do:

Support individuals at their jobs while helping them build skills, independence, and confidence Follow individualized service plans and provide direct, on-site coaching Complete required documentation and communicate updates to supervisors Maintain confidentiality and respond calmly to emergencies Promote client rights and teach employment-related skills

Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older Associate degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 months of relevant experience Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid Iowa driver's license and insured vehicle preferred Ability to complete required training within 6 months If you're looking for a meaningful part-time role where you can make a real difference , we encourage you to apply today!
