Precision AG The Technology Sales & Support Department at a dealership focuses on providing customers with expert guidance, support, and solutions related to the technology and connectivity features of John Deere equipment. This department plays a crucial role in helping customers harness the power of advanced technology to optimize their equipment performance, increase productivity, and streamline their operations. Each of these departments plays a vital role in supporting customers, maintaining relationships, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the dealership. By working together, they provide exceptional service and contribute to the overall success of the dealership as a trusted provider of John Deere equipment and expertise. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; depending on specific roles a bachelor's degree is a plus. Proven experience in specific roles in other industries Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships. Proficient computer skills and MS Office suite.
