Recruit and enroll eligible individuals and families into Outreach Housing Programs
Complete intakes, eligibility determinations, and assessments
Provide housing counseling, case management, and goal development
Assist clients with rental and homeownership education and resources
Conduct local home visits and housing inspections
Assist with on-site food pantry services as needed
Collaborate with community partners and service providers
