Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Student Success Advisor to join our team. This role involves working closely with students to support their academic progression, address challenges, and encourage personal and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with students. Provide one-on-one advising to guide students through academic and career decisions. Monitor attendance and academic performance, identifying students who may need additional support. Facilitate student access to resources and support services. Collaborate with faculty to support at-risk students and develop intervention strategies. Conduct orientation sessions and workshops to engage students. Maintain accurate records documenting student interaction and progress. Organize activities to promote student engagement and community involvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred in education, counseling, or related fields. Experience in student advising, mentoring, or related roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Passion for helping students succeed and interest in the beauty industry.
