Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with diverse populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This role involves mentoring, training, and supporting clients in their personal and professional development, fostering an inclusive environment that promotes growth and empowerment. Responsibilities Provide individualized coaching and support to clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals. Develop and implement training programs that enhance skills in areas such as workforce development, social work, and addiction counseling. Conduct interviews to assess client needs and tailor coaching strategies accordingly. Mentor clients through challenges, offering guidance in personal development and professional growth. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients. Facilitate workshops and training sessions on relevant topics, including teaching techniques and effective communication strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and program outcomes. Experience Proven experience working with people with developmental disabilities or autism is highly desirable. Familiarity with employment and labor law to ensure compliance in coaching practices. Background in addiction counseling or social work is a plus. Demonstrated skills in interviewing, mentoring, recruiting, and training & development are essential for success in this role. A passion for teaching and empowering individuals from diverse backgrounds is crucial.
