QUALIFICATIONS

Experience Requirements:

Basic keyboarding skills Some knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Office or customer service experience a plus To apply for this position, you must be a current Harper College student and enrolled in at least 6 credits per semester (3 in the summer semester).

THE TEAM

The Career and Technical Programs provide programs of study that involve a multiyear sequence of courses that integrate core academic knowledge with technical and occupational knowledge to provide students with a pathway to postsecondary education and careers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties:

The Career and Technical Programs (CTP) Division at Harper College is seeking a student aide to assist with the following tasks beginning in May of 2026: Front desk reception. Answering telephone calls and assisting callers. Reviewing division syllabi. Distributing mail and promotional items. Assisting faculty and staff with clerical projects. Other duties as assigned.

Reliable, organized, and punctual. Ability to follow directions.
