BEST, Inc. BEST, Inc. is seeking a dynamic, self-starter with a passion for working with young adults and helping them build a successful future. This position plays a key role in identifying, engaging, and recruiting individuals for a locally operated, federally funded program based out of our Oglesby, Illinois office .

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit eligible young adults for program participation Build and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and local organizations Promote program services through outreach, events, and engagement efforts Provide guidance and encouragement to participants throughout the enrollment process

Qualifications:

Experience working with young adults preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Comfortable with outreach, networking, and recruitment activities This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while helping young adults reach their goals.
