Full Job Description Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 11am-7:30pm Monday-Friday, every other weekend, rotating holidays. You will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E State. Abundant career growth opportunities to nurture professional development Strong shared governance structure Commitment to employee voice Qualifications Candidate must have completed a Substance Recovery Program or be currently involved in a Recovery Program. Required High School Diploma or equivalent. Required Work Experience Shared relevant personal experience with chemical addiction and willingness to share this personal experience in a therapeutic manner with patients. Required Licenses & Certifications Valid driver's license required. Required Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and/or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS). If not CPRS certified, SAH will provide training. CPRS or CADC must be obtained within twenty eight (28) months of hire.
