As an Employment Consultant, you would assess work place skills for individuals with disabilities to assist them in obtaining compatible employment. Employment Consultants are also responsible for building natural supports in the work place for a client which would create successful long term placements. Being comfortable speaking to employers is a must. Networking, confidence, and working as part of a team are all skills that are a highly important for this role.
