Angels of Hope Homecare LLC is seeking a dedicated and motivated Job Coach to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities as they develop employment skills and maintain meaningful employment.

Part-Time Pay:
Competitive, based on experience Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support to individuals in community employment settings. Assist individuals with learning job duties, workplace expectations, and professional communication skills. Develop and implement individualized employment goals and strategies. Monitor job performance and provide ongoing coaching and encouragement. Build positive relationships with employers, coworkers, and community partners. Complete accurate documentation and progress notes in a timely manner. Advocate for individuals to promote independence, self-confidence, and workplace success. Assist with transportation and community integration as needed. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check. CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
