As an Employment Consultant , you work one-on-one with individuals to help them find and keep meaningful employment. From exploring career interests to connecting with employers and providing on-the-job support, you play a key role in helping people succeed in the workplace. This is a hands-on, community-based role for someone who enjoys coaching, problem-solving, and building relationships.

What You'll Do:

Support individuals in finding and keeping jobs by exploring interests, building skills, and preparing for work Develop relationships with local employers and match candidates to the right opportunities Provide job coaching, training, and ongoing support in the workplace Maintain documentation, track progress, and coordinate with support teams and funding sources

What We're Looking For:

Experience or interest in working with individuals with disabilities and supporting employment goals Someone who enjoys building relationships with both job seekers and employers A dependable and flexible professional who can manage a schedule and work independently in the community A high school diploma or GED required (degree preferred), along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ready to Get Started?
