About This Role The Management Career Coach supports undergraduate business students majoring in Entrepreneurship, HR, MIS, Operations & Supply Chain, and Strategic Management. This includes assistance with career exploration, professional development, internship/job search preparation, and employer engagement. This role partners with academic departments, employers, alumni, and campus stakeholders to prepare students for successful career outcomes. Succeed Minimum Qualifications:

Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and seven years of relevant experience. Requirements may be met through a combination of work experience and education.

Preferred Qualifications:

Five or more years professional experience in private sector employee recruitment, HR, or business related experience. Experience with college recruitment programs. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
