Immediately Job Description Bachelor's Degree in field of assignment - minimum requirement. Must have valid KY certification in the field of assignment. To serve as a resource person for the classroom teacher with regard to gifted education and to provide a planned program for the identified gifted and primary talent pool students. To work specifically with the gifted students in planned activities which best serve the identified needs of each student. Other relevant duties as assigned. This position requires a national and state background check on all new hires in the school district. A letter from the Cabinet of Health and Family Services stating that there is no findings of substantiated child abuse or neglect on record, is also required.
