Job Description

Join the Milne Team — Make a Difference Every Day! At Milne, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities — and we're looking for a passionate QIDP to join our team! In this rewarding role, you will lead person-centered planning, coordinate essential services, and help ensure each individual receives the high-quality, compassionate care they deserve. If you are driven by purpose, teamwork, and making a positive impact in the lives of others, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Lead annual habilitation planning meetings and coordinate team discussions Develop and maintain Individualized Program Plans (IPP) Complete annual evaluations and activity schedules Monitor client programming and ensure effective implementation Conduct monthly progress and treatment reviews Provide staff training on client programs Participate as a member of the Human Rights Committee (HRC) Make referrals as needed and complete related documentation Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Programming
  • This position requires flexibility to work outside of standard scheduled hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to support organizational events and fulfill other assigned responsibilities as necessary.
Assist with transportation needs as needed. This may include, but is not limited to, using company vehicles, such as golf carts, vans, buses, cars, etc. Other assigned tasks Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required Must be at least 21 Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICF/IDD setting Valid driver's license Able to pass background check and drug screening We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and committed to improving the quality of life for the individuals we serve.
Pay:
$38,000.00
