$20 - $24 per hour(shift differential)(experience dependent)

Friday and Saturday Overnight -11:15pm-7:15am This is an awake shift, will have to go into client's dorms to look for signs of life during the hourly safety checks. Recovery Specialist Job Duties Applicants should have knowledge of substance use disorders & mental health conditions Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, & boundaries Facilitate & document groups discussions Complete client admission documentation Complete property searches, monitor clients while maintaining a therapeutic, safe, & calm unit Observation & accounting of patients at all times insuring safety (hourly checks w/ documentation) Escorting patients to meals & fresh air breaks Attends required meetings & mandatory trainings Recovery Specialist Qualifications Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED
