  • Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot's Homelessness Services Division is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to join our Community Support Program (CSP-HI).
Through outreach and case management, CSP-HI provides services to address the health related social needs of members who are experiencing homelessness and are frequent users of acute health MassHealth services, or are experiencing chronic homelessness. Eliot's CSP-HI teams work collaboratively with community agencies, and federal and state providers to address the needs of unhoused populations in communities across the Commonwealth. The ideal candidate is a dedicated and experienced behavioral health professional with a strong background in clinical service delivery and team supervision, particularly within underserved or housing-insecure populations.
Responsibilities:
Support the Director of CSP-HI Services with clinical and administrative oversight of CSP-HI Services including program growth/expansion. Provide onboarding support and training to new hires related to policies, procedures and best practices. Provide real-time guidance, consultation and consistent weekly supervision to assigned Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches
  • including side-by-side experiential learning in the field.
Provide comprehensive assessment and triage of incoming CSP-HI referrals. Liaise with internal/external partners regarding service needs and risk.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or another closely related field. At least two years direct experience with underserved populations and at least one year of managerial experience. Demonstrated ability to identify and access community resources. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Master's degree in healing arts preferred.
