- Ongoing training, career advancement programs, tuition reimbursement, and leadership development Eliot's Homelessness Services Division is seeking a dedicated Team Lead to join our Community Support Program (CSP-HI).
Responsibilities:
Support the Director of CSP-HI Services with clinical and administrative oversight of CSP-HI Services including program growth/expansion. Provide onboarding support and training to new hires related to policies, procedures and best practices. Provide real-time guidance, consultation and consistent weekly supervision to assigned Housing First Coordinators and Recovery Coaches- including side-by-side experiential learning in the field.
Qualifications:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, nursing, or another closely related field. At least two years direct experience with underserved populations and at least one year of managerial experience. Demonstrated ability to identify and access community resources. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Master's degree in healing arts preferred.Schedule:
