Responsibilities:

Perform direct care and treatment of respite individuals according to Family Support Plans. Develop recreational community integration activities in accordance with individual's performances and desires. Provide community recreational experiences with individuals. Maintain accurate and complete records, data, and reports as required. Undergraduate degree in a human service field preferred or two years' experience of paid or volunteer experience in direct service to developmentally disabled or other persons.
