With a focus on affordable housing, community development, and supportive services, Hearthway manages numerous housing units and administers vital programs to assist residents in achieving stability and well-being. We\'re seeking a compassionate, resourceful Resident Services Coordinator to support families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and high-risk residents in maintaining independence and improving quality of life. In this role, you\'ll connect residents to vital services, advocate for their needs, and help build stronger, more inclusive communities-all while collaborating with a dedicated, mission-driven team. What You\'ll Do
- Conduct resident assessments and connect individuals to appropriate services
- Provide case management, referrals, and ongoing support
- Develop and monitor personalized service plans
- Build strong partnerships with community service providers
- Support resident independence, housing stability, and community integration
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HUD, MHFA, and DHCD requirements
- Plan and coordinate resident programs and social activities
- Create and distribute engaging community newsletters
- Assist leasing and property management teams with tenant support and compliance
- Conduct outreach and promote available services within the community What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate\'s degree preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in case management, social services, or a related field
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
- Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation What Sets You Apart
