With a focus on affordable housing, community development, and supportive services, Hearthway manages numerous housing units and administers vital programs to assist residents in achieving stability and well-being. We\'re seeking a compassionate, resourceful Resident Services Coordinator to support families, seniors, individuals with disabilities, and high-risk residents in maintaining independence and improving quality of life. In this role, you\'ll connect residents to vital services, advocate for their needs, and help build stronger, more inclusive communities-all while collaborating with a dedicated, mission-driven team. What You\'ll Do
  • Conduct resident assessments and connect individuals to appropriate services
  • Provide case management, referrals, and ongoing support
  • Develop and monitor personalized service plans
  • Build strong partnerships with community service providers
  • Support resident independence, housing stability, and community integration
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HUD, MHFA, and DHCD requirements
  • Plan and coordinate resident programs and social activities
  • Create and distribute engaging community newsletters
  • Assist leasing and property management teams with tenant support and compliance
  • Conduct outreach and promote available services within the community What You Bring
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate\'s degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience in case management, social services, or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using technology (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation What Sets You Apart
