GED Instructor and Job Developer

Overview Job Developer - YouthBuild Program GapBuster, Inc. GapBuster, Inc. is seeking a motivated and community-focused Job Developer to support participants enrolled in our YouthBuild workforce development program. The Job Developer will build partnerships with employers, unions, apprenticeship programs, and community organizations to help youth ages 16-24 secure employment, internships, and career training opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop employer and workforce partnerships Assist participants with resumes, interviews, and job readiness Connect participants to jobs, apprenticeships, and internships Conduct outreach and track employment outcomes

Qualifications:

Experience in workforce development, recruiting, or job placement preferred Strong communication and networking skills Passion for working with underserved youth Overview GED Instructor - YouthBuild Program GapBuster, Inc. GapBuster, Inc. is seeking a dedicated GED Instructor to provide academic instruction and support to YouthBuild participants ages 16-24. The instructor will help students prepare for the GED exam while fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide GED instruction in math, reading, writing, science, and social studies Develop lesson plans and monitor student progress Support students with test preparation and academic goals Maintain attendance and performance records

Qualifications:

Teaching or GED instructional experience preferred Strong classroom management and communication skills Passion for supporting underserved youth and young adults
