Summary We are seeking a passionate Summer Job Coach to join our team at New Horizons Rehabilitation Services, Inc. In this role, you will play a vital part in mentoring and supporting individuals with disabilities as they navigate their vocational paths. Your contributions will directly impact their personal and professional growth. The position runs July 6th through August 14th with some training in June prior to program start. This position could possibly lead to full-time employment. Responsibilities Provide coaching and mentoring to individuals with disabilities. Monitor the individuals progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed. Requirements Strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with others. Must have a valid driver's license. Must pass a criminal background check. Must have reliable transportation.
