Job Description
Northwest Michigan Works! is seeking a full-time PATH Career Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will provide guidance, coaching, and support to individuals participating in the Partnership. Accountability. Training. Hope. (PATH) program in collaboration with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) . The PATH Career Advisor helps participants identify career goals, develop employment plans, navigate job searches, and address barriers to employment. Through individualized career counseling and ongoing support, you will empower individuals to secure meaningful employment and build long-term career success. This position is ideal for a motivated, compassionate professional who is passionate about workforce development and committed to helping individuals achieve greater self-sufficiency and economic stability through employment.
