To learn more about us visit us at: https://www.duttonfarm.org or Dutton Farm Inc . on Facebook & Instagram Job Purpose The role of the Field Job Coach is to support job coaches in the field through monthly site visits and acting as a substitute for time off or emergency situations. Duties and Responsibilities Job shadow at least one shift for all individuals with their coaches for all job sites assigned on case load Visit each participant for assigned case load at least once per month Take pictures of supported employees with their job coaches when performing site visits Manage the schedules of job coaches for the case load of participants that have been assigned Job coach support to all coaches in the field as directed by Job Coach Manager Act as a substitute job coach for all open shifts assigned in case load Support the Job Developer, Case Manager and Workforce Development Director as needed Qualifications Mission aligned Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities High school diploma required Must be 18 years or older Must pass background check Basic computer skills Must complete training within 30 days of employment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Maintain a professional demeanor with a focus on advocacy, respect, and demonstrating a strong work ethic Must be self-motivated, reliable, and dependable Strong ability to adapt and willingness to be flexible
