Job Description

We have a large geographic footprint with several locations across central and northwestern MN and have many employment opportunities within our programs. We are currently hiring in our Employment Services program for an Employment Specialist position in our Bemidji location. As an Employment Specialist you will bridge the gap between job seekers and employers, thereby fostering an effective and efficient employment process. Your primary responsibility is to facilitate access to employment opportunities for Job Seekers. Starting wage is $20 per hour with a $5 shift differential if your position includes nights or weekends.
