Duties The following duties are typical for this position. Employees may not perform all the listed duties and/or may be required to perform additional duties from those set forth below to address facility needs and changing facility practices.

• Engage participants and establish trusting, collaborative relationships focused on achieving competitive employment.
• Provide individualized services to help participants obtain and maintain employment consistent with their goals.
• Provide ongoing, individualized follow-along supports to support job retention.
• Write and update job support plans and adjust services based on participant needs and preferences.
• Conduct job development and job search activities tailored to each participants interests and strengths.
• Maintain responsibility for achieving program outcomes, including job starts and employment retention.
• Conducts a minimum of 6 employer contacts per week to build relationships and identify opportunities.
• Assist with job accommodations and workplace supports when appropriate.
• Maintain ongoing communication with mental health providers to ensure integration of employment services into treatment planning.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel Requirements
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients, staff, families, medical and mental health professionals, and the public
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail Preferred Education and Experience
• Previous experience working with clients who have may have legal consequences.
• Previous experience working with clients with dual diagnosis and/or SPMI diagnosis
• Previous experience with individuals having mental health life experiences
