- Engage participants and establish trusting, collaborative relationships focused on achieving competitive employment.
- Provide individualized services to help participants obtain and maintain employment consistent with their goals.
- Provide ongoing, individualized follow-along supports to support job retention.
- Write and update job support plans and adjust services based on participant needs and preferences.
- Conduct job development and job search activities tailored to each participants interests and strengths.
- Maintain responsibility for achieving program outcomes, including job starts and employment retention.
- Conducts a minimum of 6 employer contacts per week to build relationships and identify opportunities.
- Assist with job accommodations and workplace supports when appropriate.
- Maintain ongoing communication with mental health providers to ensure integration of employment services into treatment planning.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients, staff, families, medical and mental health professionals, and the public
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail Preferred Education and Experience
- Previous experience working with clients who have may have legal consequences.
- Previous experience working with clients with dual diagnosis and/or SPMI diagnosis
- Previous experience with individuals having mental health life experiences
