Location US-MN-Minnetonka | US-CT-West Hartford | US # Positions 1 Experience (Years) 3 Category Information Technology Position Description At a Glance Legrand has an exciting opportunity for an EDI Specialist to join the Legrand North America Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and creating partner setups, interfacing with external partners and internal customers for developing integration solutions, researching root cause of errors, and resolving integration/EDI incidents. This position may also be part of larger team project initiatives, and company growth and expansion initiatives. What Will You Do? Initiate and assist with the creation, development, end-to-end testing, and implementation of Integration processes and procedures, and B2B and EDI solutions
Identify integration improvement opportunities and discuss with team members
Function as technical liaison with technical contacts at trading partners and 3rd party organizations
Develop, maintain, and enhance maps used for data transformation
Participate in the creation of standards and processes
Occasionally provide support during evening or weekend hours
Support and monitor integration flows
Perform other, similar and related, duties as required
Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a minimum of four (4) years of I.T/EDI experience requiredEXPERIENCE
3+ yearsIBM SB2BI
support experience 1+ year of experience with SAP and IDocsSKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES
EDI Mapping and translation experience using an EDI Software, and willingness to learnIBM SB2BI
softwareIBM SB2BI
partner setup and communication setup using a Framework, and small map changes/updatesIBM SB2BI
map changes/updates Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 andEDIFACT EDI
