Regional Employment Services Advisor

We're looking for a Regional Employment Services Advisor who is passionate about helping others succeed, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a dynamic, community-based role. This position will commute throughout the communities in Pennington, Polk and Marshall counties of Northern MN. What You'll Do Manage a multi-site caseload using person-centered practices Develop employment plans and provide job coaching and support Assist individuals with job search, placement, and retention Build relationships with local employers and community partners Recruit, train, and support Employment Support Specialists Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with program standards What to Expect A meaningful, people-focused career where your work truly matters Opportunities to grow professionally in a mission-driven organization A collaborative, supportive team environment

What You Bring Required:

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary preferred) Team leadership or supervisory experience Valid driver's license and insurable driving record CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) Successful completion of

MN DHS Background Study Preferred:

Experience in human services, vocational rehabilitation, or related field Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or employment barriers Knowledge of job development or competitive employment environments

Pay:

$21.00 - $25.00 per hour
