You will help individuals learn workplace readiness skills such as resume development, interviewing, workplace communication, digital literacy, and financial literacy. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Passionate about helping individuals and families succeed Skilled at building positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds Organized and able to manage multiple priorities Comfortable facilitating workshops and speaking with groups Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Education, or a related field preferred Experience in case management, workforce development, coaching, education, counseling, or community-based services preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout CMCA's service area Make a Difference Every Day If you're looking for a career where you can empower individuals, strengthen families, and help build stronger communities while growing professionally, we'd love to hear from you.
