Position Overview:

As an Employment Specialist you'll provide hands-on training and guidance to individuals with disabilities at job sites, helping them grow in confidence, independence, and career success. What We're Looking For:

Qualified candidates will: Deliver on-the-job training and support tailored to individual needs Be comfortable working flexible hours Pass required background screenings Possess a valid Missouri driver's license

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent required Some college coursework preferred Experience working with individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and/or Dual Diagnosis Intellectual/Mental Illness preferred Starting pay is competitive and based on your education and experience Why Join Us?
