Job Description

Community Living, Inc. is looking for a Vocational Case Manager (VCM) to support participants in finding and maintaining meaningful employment in the community. This role is a mix of relationship-building, coaching, and coordination. It is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others reach their goals while working directly with local businesses. hrs/week: Various hours depending on clients schedule
Pay Rate:
$23.25 per hour What You'll Do Support participants through the full employment process from assessment to job placement and retention Conduct assessments to identify skills, interests, and job matches Build relationships with local employers and develop new job opportunities Assist participants with job searches, applications, and interview preparation Provide on-the-job coaching and support to ensure long-term success Meet regularly with participants to track progress and adjust goals Coordinate and maintain caseloads, schedules, and service plans Complete documentation, reports, and maintain accurate records in Therap Collaborate with families, team members, and community partners Ensure services meet all funding and compliance requirements Address employment-related concerns quickly and effectively What You'll Bring High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's in a related field preferred) At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple participants and priorities at once Comfort working independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to pass background, registry, and driving record checks Work Environment & Schedule Flexible schedule based on participant and employer needs (may include evenings or weekends) Work takes place in a variety of settings (indoors, outdoors, and community job sites) May require light physical activity, including assisting participants and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally Why Join Us?
