POSITION
Work Services Specialist
LOCATION
Work Center FTE:
Full Time, 40 hours a week
HOURS:
Mon - Fri 8a - 5p w/ an hour lunch
WAGE:
$19.39/hour plus benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement Plan, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Vacation time, Paid Sick/Personal time, and 6 Paid Holidays per year.

JOB SUMMARY
The vocational staff is responsible for providing skills training in both the work center and in community employment settings. Staff is responsible for the individuals on their caseload but must work as a team member by assisting others with clients as needed. Following PSP team objectives and helping the clients learn to be as independent as possible is the goal of the vocational staff. It is also the responsibility of the staff to keep clients involved in other activities when no paid work is available. Other duties may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be of legal age to perform the duties of the job. Experience working with people with disabilities or a desire to work in the field. High School Diploma is preferred. Reach recognizes continuing education as a key point in self-improvement. Consideration will be given to applicants who have furthered their knowledge through college courses, seminars, workshops, specialized certifications or other training. The individual must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license and be insurable under Reach Inc.'s auto insurance, maintain a good driving record, and have a reliable means of transportation. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
